I understand that visitors are not allowed to bring drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia onto the property.*

I understand that I may be required to submit to drug or alcohol testing if requested by management.

I understand that refusing a requested drug or alcohol test may be treated as a policy violation.*

I understand that prescribed medications must be used only as directed and may not be shared with others.

I understand that I am responsible for properly storing and securing my own medications.*

I understand that violating the drug-free or alcohol-free policy may result in immediate removal from the home.*
